This cover is designed to float on the surface of any 12 foot round pool. When the pool is not in use you simply leave this cover floating on top. It not only helps keep the water clear of bugs, leaves and other debris but at night the cover helps to prevent water temperature loss, and in sunlight it will heat the pool.
