The Big Cold Turkey comes in a shrink wrapped, cigarette-box sized pack and includes: A Getting Started booklet, 4 stainless steel trophies in a paper wrap, 2 button badges, a 42-day 'One day at a time' diary and even a transfer tattoo. Once you've opened the pack you can re-seal it and use it as a savings box.
