Your Pampering Day includes full use of the facilities for you and a friend including the gym, pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and complimentary use of towels.

What happens on the day

When you arrive the facilities and services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day. The format of the spa days may vary at each location but typically you can spend about 3-4 hours there.

Make sure you are there on time – in most cases you will forfeit your spa days or incur extra charges if you do not attend as booked or if you cancel at short notice.
