Motorobics is presented in 5-minute modules each targeting a different body part.
This modular format allows specific problem areas to be selected so, for example, you might wish to concentrate on the abdominals and can thus select these exercises more frequently.
Regular exercise produces significant health gains.
Also, the exercise threshold (i.e. the minimum amount we need to do in order to reap the benefits) can be achieved cumulatively.
So rather than struggling to find the time or motivation to commit to a 30 minute session, the new Motorobics programme enables you to do just 5 minutes here and 10 minutes there, achieving your daily target in a piecemeal, but much more comfortable, fashion.
Each exercise module is based on the principles of isometric exercise.
