The year is 1933 and you have stepped back in time aboard the Pullman carriages of the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express on this Murder Mystery experience.

Intrigue is in the air as you anticipate your visit to Brighton and the jewel in Brighton’s crown – the Royal Pavilion.

During the journey you will meet all the suspicious characters embroiled in a dastardly plot.

Arrive at the Royal Pavilion and marvel at its splendours, but keep your eyes peeled – someone is up to no good! Then its time to re-board the Pullman train to enjoy a delicious four-course lunch where you are invited to solve the mystery and enjoy the murder mystery event.

What happens on the day

Your exciting day out begins on the platform at Victoria Station where you will meet various characters involved in this exclusive Whodunnit. A Bucks Fizz breakfast is served onboard the Orient-Express as you start to quiz the suspects. The luxurious train speeds through the English Countryside… on arrival in Hove you will be taken by coach to The Royal Pavilion in Brighton where, during an exclusive tour of this extraordinary building, the mystery unfolds. Back on the train for a sumptuous four-course dinner with champagne and wine. Interrogate the suspects and solve the mystery. You will receive a souvenir newspaper and two prize-winners will be discovered in each Pullman coach. Expect to arrive back in Victoria between 5:00pm – 5:30pm. Times depend on scheduled services.

Smart day wear is appropriate (such as jacket and tie for men), you are kindly asked not to wear jeans or trainers.
We are able to accommodate passengers with slight walking difficulties although we recommend that they are accompanied by an able-bodied passenger.
We regret that the dimensions and layout of the train are not suitable for wheelchair bound passengers.
