Tick tick tick. This is probably the weirdest clock you’ll ever see!
The Time Machine is a bizarre and extremely accurate time keeping device that keeps precise track of the time by releasing chrome balls every 60 seconds. Its intricate black maze design will puzzle and confuse even the most intelligent of friends and with just 1 C size battery you can keep them entertained for hours by just asking them one simple question: “what’s the time Dave?”
On first glance this Time Machine clock is a pretty intimidating piece of machinery, but as you get to grips with how it works it’s actually very accurate and inherently intriguing. Simply take note of where the balls sit in relation to the numbers printed underneath them on the track and you can work out the time. The only problem here is that time is constantly changing so once you think you’ve got it figured out, the seconds, minutes and hours have changed completely!
Ideal as a present for those who like their basic appliances to be a little different from the norm, the Time Machine is a desktop wonder. Not only is it ridiculously accurate, but it’s also fascinating to watch as the linked tracks and balls work to measure the passage of time.
