The iControl from Timex is a stylish sports watch with digital readout, 50-lap memory chronograph, timers, alarms and Timex's famous Indiglow backlight.

But as well as that it can also be used to control the playback of your iPod audio player! Plug in the included iPod module, and use the playback controls on the watch to pause, play, track forward and back and change the volume.
