Are you known to be good at pranks?  Do you enjoy getting the best of your friends and family members with jokes?  Do you enjoy playing jokes on your friend and are you always looking for ways to get them when they lease expect it?  The Shock Torch will get them when they are least expecting it because a Torch is a common gadget that no one would need to be suspicious of.
